How to access your tickets
This is a mobile ticket-only event which means there are no paper or electronic PDF tickets, as the tickets cannot be added to the wallet.Your phone is your ticket using the Ticketmaster App or via Ticketmaster.ae
Download the Ticketmaster App (via the App Store or Google Play Store) to access your tickets directly on the Ticketmaster app or access Ticketmaster.ae via a web browser.
We recommend viewing your ticket in the app before arriving at the venue to avoid internet connectivity issues that may arise onsite.
All tickets feature a unique QR code and everyone entering the venue require a ticket. Re-admission is not allowed. Screenshots of the QR code will not be accepted.
Please enter the stadium via the entrance stated on your ticket.
Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for this event. Do not buy tickets from unauthorised resellers – as these tickets are liable to fakes and will not grant you entry. We remind you that this is a sold-out show.

TICKET TRANSFER
Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done right from the Ticketmaster app.
Transfers will only be available 72 hours before the show date.

Please consider the environment and use green travel options to contribute to Coldplay’s commitment to reduce CO² emissions.
PARKING:
There will be NO parking available at the venue or on the roads surrounding the stadium to avoid congestion and allow for safe movement of ticket holders into the stadium.
Customers are advised to travel via the free park and ride shuttle bus service from various locations in Abu Dhabi and Expo City Dubai.
Complimentary park & ride facilities will be offered to ticket holders travelling from Dubai (starting at 12:50pm and returning after the concert) and Abu Dhabi (starting at 2:00pm and returning after the concert).
At the end of the show, free shuttles will return to the park and ride locations.

TAKE A MORE SUSTAINABLE APPROACH:
• Use the free park and ride service for the lowest carbon impact.
• Utilise our free water stations throughout the venue. Empty refillable bottles are encouraged up to 750ml - no metal or glass.
• Take note of trash bin signage and put your rubbish in the right spot!
• Use Ticketmaster’s Mobile Tickets feature to reduce paper usage.
• All unused and unspoilt food will be delivered to local charities, where possible.

Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.
No under 21s are permitted to buy or consume alcohol on site. In order to purchase alcohol customers must visit one of the 21+ stations to get a wristband.
